摘要 针对贵州省煤层气注入/压降试井工艺中泵注系统和计量水罐偏小,地面控制监测系统的缺失,单封隔器使用的缺陷,压力计距离煤层较远,固定长度筛管的缺陷的问题,从增加新设备和改进部分施工工艺优化措施两个方面进行优化。具体优化措施是:将人工记录与使用稳定的流量计及地面监控系统相结合,更好的监控流量和井下压力的变化;根据孔的情况确认使用单封隔器还是双封隔器,实现对测试煤层的有效坐封;将固定筛管变为可变筛管,根据煤层厚度确定筛管长度,让筛管更有效对准测试煤层;采用合适的井下关井工具进行井下关井,避免关井时造成压力值波动;将压力计置于更接近煤层中部的筛管位置。通过优化,更直观的观测到井底压力的变化,流量和压力记录值更接近煤储层的真实值。 In allusion to issues in Guizhou Province CBM injection/falloff test wells including smaller pump injection system and metering water tank, lack of surface control and monitoring system, defect in the use of single packer, greater range apart from pressure meter to coal seam, as well as defect in fixed length screen pipe carried out optimization from two aspects of to add in new installation and improve part of operation technological optimizing measures. Specific measures have: to combine manual record, use of stable flowmeter and surface monitoring system, in order to get better monitoring on flow and underground pressure variation. According to well condition to determine the use of single or double packer, realize effective setting of test coal seam. Changing the fixed length screen pipe into alterable screen pipe, according to coal thickness determines screen pipe length, in order to more effectively aim at test coal seam.To use preferable underground shut-in tool avoids pressure undulating during shut-in. Put pressure meter closer to screen pipe on middle of coal seam. Through the optimization can observe well bottom pressure variation more intuitive, the recorded flow and pressure values is closer to coal reservoir true values.
