摘要
阿富汗国内多年来始终存在着强大的地方军阀网络,很多军阀势力已超过当地政府,并成为部分地区的实际控制者。作为国内重要的军事政治行为体,阿富汗军阀是影响国家政局以及地方稳定与发展的重要力量。本文在介绍并总结阿富汗现代军阀基本情况与特征的基础上,分析地方军阀与中央政府和外部国家的关系及其对国家安全与政治的作用和影响。考察阿富汗军阀问题,不仅有助于我们深入了解该国的历史、战争、社会结构以及外部干预对政治现实的影响,也有利于理解阿富汗诸多难题悬而未决的根本原因。
The Powerful local warlords networks have existed in Afghanistan for years,and many of them have already become the actual controllers in some regions whose power have even exceeded local governments.As the major domestic military and political actors,Afghan warlords have played important roles in national political scene and regional stability and development.Based on introducing and summarizing the basic situation and characteristics of Afghan modern warlords,this paper analyzes the relationship between local warlords and central government,local warlords and external actors,as well as set forth warlords' roles and impacts in the national security and politics.The study on Afghan warlords helps us get a better understanding of the impacts that Afghan history,war,social structure and external intervention have on the political realities.Further,the study helps to find out the root cause of many predicaments that have not solved yet in Afghanistan.
