摘要 应激反应是以HPA轴激活为主要特征的生理过程,是所有生物对紧张性事件的适应性反应,对生物的存活具有重要的意义。HPA轴兴奋的直接结果是糖皮质激素分泌的增加。海马、杏仁核、下丘脑都表达高丰度的糖皮质激素受体,糖皮质激素受体在调控HPA轴活性上具有至关重要的作用。MR、11βHSDs及GR的多态性对糖皮质激素受体功能的发挥有着重要的调控作用。 Stress reaction is an adaptive response of all living organism to stressful events, and it has important significance for their survival. The main feature of stress reaction is activation of the hypothalamus- pituitary- adrenal axis(HPA axis). Abundant glucocorticoid receptor expressed in the hippocampus, amygdala and hypothalamus. Glucocorticoid receptor plays a crucial role in regulating the HPA axis' activity. The function of GR can be regulated by MR, 11βHSDs and GR's polymorphism.
