摘要
近几年,随着人们用电量的增加,电网工程的施工数量逐渐增多,尤其是高压电网工程数量的增多,给电网工程施工带来了较大麻烦。文章明确了电网工程施工管理的主要方向;分析了电网工程施工管理过程存在的主要问题;并提出了相应的解决措施,希望对相关工作人员的工作能够有所帮助。
In recent years,with the increase in power consumption of power grid projects, especially the increasing in the number of high-voltage power grid project,brought great trouble to the power grid construction project.This paper defines the main directions of power project construction management;analyzes the main problems of power engineering construction management process;and put forward the appropriate solutions,hope to related staff to be helpful.
