摘要
本文以北京市动物卫生监督系统建立的"风险分级、量化监督、档案管理"监管模式为例,介绍了北京市动物卫生执法工作风险监管模式的建立与调整,提出了采用风险监管模式的建议,探索了以风险评估为基础确立适当动物卫生监管水平的路径。
The mode of ＂risk classification,quantitative supervision and file management＂established by Beijing animal health supervision system,was analyzed to introduce the establishment and adjustment of animal health risk supervision mode in Beijing. Suggestions of implementing risk regulatory model were put forword,and the paths for appropriating level of animal health supervision path based on the risk assessment were explored.
