摘要
随着空调成为通讯基站机房中的主要耗电设备,如何降低原有空调的耗电量已经引起了人们的重视。通过比较智能通风技术和分离式热管技术,得出了分离式热管技术更适合于基站使用的结论。实验证明应用分离式热管技术可以满足基站内温度的要求,并得出了制冷量和COP随室内外温差和风量的变化规律;根据实验和CFD的结果,对分离式热管系统在基站中的安装方式进行了优化。
As the air conditioner becomes the main energy- consuming equipment in the communication base station,how to reduce the energy consumption of the existing air conditioner has drew people's attention. In this paper,through the comparison of the intelligent ventilation technology and the separated heat pipe technology,we drew a conclusion that the separated heat pipe technology is more suitable for base station. Through the experiment,we proved that the separated heat pipe technology could satisfy the temperature requirement of base station. Besides,we obtained the relationship among cooling capacity,indoor and outdoor temperature difference,COP and air volume. After that,based on the result of experiment and CFD numerical simulation,we optimized the installation method of the separated heat pipe system in base station.
