摘要
目的观察红花注射液联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法 160例老年脑梗死患者随机分为对照组及试验组,各80例。2组患者均给予常规治疗及康复治疗,试验组在此基础上加用红花注射液,每次20 mg,每天1次。2组治疗均持续28 d。比较2组患者的治疗有效率、血流动力学变化、超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)以及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平。结果试验组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者血流动力学参数均优于治疗前,且试验组较对照组更优(P<0.05);治疗后,血清hsCRP水平低于对照组,VEGF以及TGF-β1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液联合康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者的疗效显著,可改善神经功能,并能显著降低患者血清hsCRP水平、提高VEGF及TGF-β1水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Safflower injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 160 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,80 cases respectively. The two groups were both given rehabilitation treatment. Treatment group was also given Safflower injection 20 mg,once a day. The course of the treatment was 28 d. The effective rate,hemorheological parameters and the level of high sensitivity C reactive protein（ hsCRP）,vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） and transforming growth factor β1（ TGF- β1） in serum of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the hemorheological parameters were all better than those of control group. After treatment,the level of hsCRP in serum was significantly lower than that of control group,the levels of VEGF and TGF- β1 in serum significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Safflower injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on elderly patients with cerebral infarction had a significant clinical effect,which can decrease the level of hsCRP,and can improve the levels of VEGF and TGF- β1.
