摘要
提出了从压力角表达式出发,通过构造起相应的机构类速度图,先按压力角α≤[α]、αr≤[α]r条件,再按曲率半径ρ≥[ρmin]条件,确定机构最小基本尺寸之清晰的求解思路与步骤,圆满解决了正置式凹圆弧底直动从动件盘形凸轮机构最小尺寸设计的理论课题。
<Abstrcat>Starting from the expression of pressure angle,via constructing corresponding analogous velocity chart of mechanism,a clear solving thinking and steps for determining minimum basic dimension of mechanism according firstly to the condition of pressure angle α≤,αr≤r and secondly to the condition of curvature radius ρ≥,thus the theoretical task of minimum dimension design of upright installed concave arc bottomed translating follower disc cam mechanism is solved satisfactorily.
