摘要
该文介绍了通过校企合作,组建护理研究团队,建立激励机制,以护士培训养老护理员和重建休养区管理流程为抓手,促进护士与养老护理员工作融合的实践过程。护士在培训养老护理员的过程中积累了知识,提升了培训能力;在养老护理管理流程的修订、实施和绩效考核过程中提升了管理能力。初步构建了校企合作促进"医养"结合型机构医疗护理与养老护理融合的实践模式。
This paper introduces the practice of organizing nursing research team,developing motivation system,training nursing aids and revising management procedures to promote the integration of works of nurses and nursing aids through school-enterprise cooperationin long-term care facilities based on medical treatment and elderly care integration model. Training nursing aids,revising management procedures and performance appraisal contributes to the improvement of nurses' knowledge,training competency and administration ability. Moreover,the school-enterprise cooperationmodel provides a practical pattern for the integration of medical treatment and elderly care.
