摘要
探讨基于互联网技术的清梳联配置及纺粘胶的应用效果。介绍了该清梳联流程的宽幅化设备配置、主要结构特点及其网络化方面的功能,并结合纺粘胶纤维的特点,对清梳联设备结构及工艺进行了细化设计。对该清梳联系统设备在福建、新疆和江苏等地3家企业的使用进行了总结。认为:基于互联网技术的清梳联主要单机的细化设计能够保证高产、高质、高效生产,流程中网络化技术的应用,可提升企业在生产、管理和设备维护等方面的效益。
The configuration of blowing-carding unit based on internet technology and the application effect for spinning viscose were discussed. The blowing-carding unit was introduced from the wider width configuration, main structural characteristics and functions about internet aspect. Moreover, combining viscose fiber property, the structure and technology of blowing-carding unit were designed in detail. The application of the blowing-car ding system unit in three enterprises of Fujian, Xinjiang and Jiangsu were summarized. It is considered that the detailed design for main single machine of blowing carding unit based on internet technology can ensure higher output, better quality and higher production efficiency. The application of internet technology in processing can improve the benefit of enterprise in production, management,equipment maintenance and so on.
