摘要
京津冀协同发展战略的不断深化推进,对河北经济发展方式提出了新要求与新期待,天津自贸区的获批与运行更为河北省带来了崭新机遇与挑战。在这一大背景下,将科技创新摆在河北省发展大局的核心位置,强化政策引导,优化资源配置,提升河北的创新能力,破解制约创新发展进程中"人从哪来,钱从哪来,如何转化"等三大困境是加快"创新型河北"建设的重大战略选择。
The development of coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has put forward new requirements and new expectations for Hebei economic development mode. The authorization and operation of Tianjin Free Trade Zone creates both new chance and new challenge for Hebei Province. With such background, the important strategic choices in accelerating the creation of ＂Innovative Hebei＂ are as follows： setting technology innovation as a core of provincial development,enhancing policy guidance,optimizing resource allocation,promoting innovation ability of Hebei,seeking source of human resource and money in removing restrictions.
