摘要
纺织印染行业是工业废水排放大户。在印染废水的处理难度增加和排放标准提高的双重压力下,印染企业的发展遭遇了前所未有的环保瓶颈。以广东省某织染水处理有限公司废水站改造后工程为例,介绍了"A^3O+臭氧"工艺在印染废水处理中的应用。改造后运行情况表明,整个处理系统运行稳定,抗冲击能力高,处理效果良好,各项主要出水水质指标达到并优于《纺织染整工业水污染排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)中的直接排放标准。由此可见,A^3O工艺在印染废水处理实践中是切实可行的。
Textile printing and dyeing industry is the main industrial wastewater producer.The printing and dyeing enterprise is facing the unprecedented environmental bottleneck under the double pressure of the increased treatment difficulty of printing and dyeing wastewater and the high emission standard.The application of "A3O and ozone" process in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment was introduced,which was based on an example of the wastewater treatment station reconstruction project of a printing and dyeing water treatment Co.,Ltd.in Guangdong province.After reconstruction,the operation status showed that the whole treatment system ran steadily with high anti-shock capability and excellent treatment effect.Each item of the main water quality index was reached,even better than the direct emission standard of the textile dyeing and finishing industry water pollution discharge standard(GB 4287-2012).Therefore,the application of "A^3O and ozone" process in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment was feasible.
