摘要
采用高效液相色谱-二级管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)法测定纺织品中4-氨基偶氮苯,通过创建数学模型并选择评估的方法,对样品称量、还原、萃取、标准溶液的配制、曲线拟合、测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行评估,采用JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》[1]的规定通过各分量进行合成与扩展,指出标准溶液配制及测试过程的随机效应是纺织品中4-氨基偶氮苯的主要来源。
P-aminoazobenzene was measured by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLCDAD) method in textiles.The factors that effected the measurement uncertainty,such as sample weighing,reduction,extraction,standard solution preparation,curve fitting and measurement repeatability,were evaluated by creating mathematical model and the method of choosing evaluation.According to the regulation of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF1059.1-2012),each factor was integrated and extended.The results showed that standard solution preparation and random effects in test process were the main source of p-aminoazobenzene in textiles.
