摘要
近年来甘肃文化产业表现出良好的发展态势,但产业附加值不高。提升甘肃文化产业的发展质量,推动甘肃文化产业升级,政府应当通过高端规划、发展公共服务平台、创新支持模式、促进科技与文化融合、发展版权产业引导甘肃文化产业升级。
Although the cultural industry in Gansu Province in recent years shows good developing trend,its added value is not so high. To improve the quality of the cultural industry,the provincial government has to design high- end plans,develop public service platforms,innovate supporting modes,combine science and technology even perfectly,and promote intellectual property industry.
