摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区学校教室采光照明的状况,探讨其与学生视力不良的关系,为卫生、教育部门指导学校教学环境提供参考。方法以2011~2014年抽检的49所中小学校,共198间教室为研究对象,分析教室采光照明状况及其与学生视力不良之间的关系。教室采光照明情况检测按国家相关技术规定要求进行监测和国家卫生标准进行评价分析。结果 2011~2014年教室采光照明合格率为16.16%(32/198),各年合格率呈上升趋势(P〉0.05);黑板反射系数与后墙反射系数合格率分别为68.18%(135/198)、19.70%(39/198),且呈逐年降低的趋势;控照式灯具配有率仅为36.87%(73/198);中小学生视力不良平均患病率达41.22%(3 818/9 262)。合格的教室里学生视力不良率为36.19%(650/1 796),不合格的教室里学生视力不良率为42.43%(3 168/7 466)(P〈0.01)。结论深圳市宝安区学校教室照明环境中后墙反射系数与控照式灯罩的合格率偏低,且学生视力不良与教室采光照明的不合格可能有关。
Objective To understand the classroom lighting conditions in Bao'an district,explore its relations with students' poor vision,so as to provide reference for the health and education authorities' instructions on the schools' teaching environment. Methods A total of 198 classrooms in 49 primary and gigh schools sampled as the study objects,2011-2014 to analyze the relationship between the classroom lighting and students' poor vision.The evaluation and analysis on classroom lighting were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the related national technical specifications and the national health standards. Results The qualified rate was 16.16%(32/198)in the lighting of the classrooms,2011-2014,and the annual qualified rate was on the rise year by year(P〉0.05);the qualified rate of the blackboard reflection coefficient and the back wall reflection coefficient was respectively 68.18%(135/198)and 19.70%(39/198),and on the decline year by year;only 36.87%(73/198)of the classrooms were equipped with search lights;the average morbidity of the poor eyesight among primary and high school students reached 41.22%(3 818/9 262).The rate of poor vision among students in qualified classrooms was 36.19%(650/1 796)and 42.43% in unqualified classrooms(3 168/7 466)(P〈0.01). Conclusion The qualified rate of back wall reflection coefficient and control illuminated lampshade is low in the classroom lighting environment in schools of Bao'an district,and the students' poor eyesight is related to the unqualified classroom lighting.
