摘要
在大学治理重心向院系下移的趋势下,院系治理现代化是完善大学内部治理结构的关键,是建设一流大学一流学科的必然要求。大数据能够推动校院关系的重构和职能转换,助力学科交叉融合和协同创新,催生学术生态形成和共同体构建。推动院系治理现代化,要实施大数据常态监测评估机制,构建互联互通开放共享的大数据平台,提升运用数据说话的能力。
With the trend of transferring the university governance power to the individual college, optimizing the university governance structure is critical to the modernization of college governance, which is also essential for constructing the world-class university and the world-class discipline. Big Data could promote the reconstruction of university-college structure and function transformation, boost interdisciplinary convergence and collaborative inno- vation, and stimulate the construction of academic ecology and community. To realize the modernization of college governance, it should implement big data-driven supervision and evaluation mechanism, build interconnecting, open and sharing big data platform and enhance data creditability.
