摘要
目的探讨专科护士设置管理对手术室护理配合质量的影响。方法选择我院手术室护士83名,按照手术室特点将手术室护士分为普通外科、心胸外科、颅脑科、妇产科、泌尿科、骨科及耳鼻喉科等7个专科护士小组,并对专科护士进行严格专科化培训,对比专科护士设置前、后手术室护理配合质量及接台手术衔接时间。结果专科护士设置后各专科医生对手术物品一次性准备完好、体位摆放一次性合格、术中使用设备准确、器具传递准确、对手术医生手术习惯了解及医生对护士的满意度等情况均显著提高(P<0.05);接台手术衔接时间显著缩短(P<0.05);护士专科知识及专科操作考核成绩均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论专科护士设置管理明显提高了手术室护理配合质量及护士工作效率,充分发挥了团队协作精神。
Objective To explore the effect of establishment of nurse specialist force on the cooperation between nurses in theoperating room.Methods Eighty-three nurses working in our hospital＇s operating room were selected, divided in to 7 nurse specialist force groups according to the characteristics of the operating room, namely general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, brain surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, orthopedics and ENT specialist nurses and trained based on their specialty. Cooperation between the nurses in the operation room and time interval between consecutive operations before and after the establishment of nurse specialist force were compared. Results There were significant improvements in rates of placing surgical items correctly at once, placing the patients in position correctly at once,accurate use of equipment during the surgery, delivering the devices accurately,knowing the habits of the doctor and the satisfaction degree among doctors towards the nurses（P〈0.05）after the establishment of nurse specialist force. The time interval between consecutive operations was significantly shortened（P〈0.05）, and the nurses＇ scores in tests on expertise of the specialty and operating skills were also significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Establishment of nurse specialist force significantly improved cooperation between nurses in the operating room and their work efficiency,giving full play to the spirit of teamwork.
