番茄中氟吡菌酰胺残留量的气相色谱分析 被引量:12

Determination of Fluopyrac Residues in Tomato by Gas Chromatography

摘要 [目的]系统地研究番茄中氟吡菌酰胺的残留量检测方法,促进农产品质量安全。[方法]采用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土柱固相萃取净化,通过ECD检测器对番茄中的氟吡菌酰胺残留量进行测定。[结果]该分析方法的添加回收率在87.0%~99.1%之间,相对标准偏差在3.5%~4.1%之间,最低检出质量分数为0.01 mg/kg。[结论]方法简便、快速、准确度高、精密度好。 [Aims] The aims were to study the residues of fluopyrac in tomato and to promote the safety productions [Methods] The pesticide residues were extracted from samples with acetonitrile, purified by Florisil solid phase extraction and determined by GC-ECD. [Results] The recoveries were ranged from 87.0 to 99.1%, the coefficients of variation were ranged from 3.5 to 4.1%, and the limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg.
