摘要
喷雾机在拖拉机驱动下,在喷施药物过程中,由于隔膜泵自身的脉动工况,使得喷雾系统产生轻微的压力脉动,造成喷头压力不均衡,施药不均匀,不能做到恒压施药。为此对喷雾系统进行稳压设计是很有必要的。本文论述了蓄能器选型计算和现场试验,通过加装蓄能器,可恒定喷雾系统的压力,对提高施药的均匀性有一定辅助作用,同时也为加快推进精准施药喷雾机的发展提供了依据。
In the process of spraying, the spraying system will have a slight pressure pulsation due to the fluctuating condition of diagram pump, this problem will result in disproportion of the nozzle pressure and will affect the spraying effect. Therefore,the pressure stabilization design for spraying system is very necessary. This text discusses the lectotype calculation and field test on accumulator, the result indicates that, through installation of accumulator, spraying system pressure can be stabilized, it can also improve the spraying effect and provide a basis for pushing the development of precision sprayer forward.
