摘要
连续压实控制技术是铁路行业开展路基填筑压实检测中较为先进的手段之一,但尚未在水利水电行业中得以应用。通过连续压实控制检测可以反映碾压过程中的土体压实状况。以四川省金平水电站为例,将连续压实检测技术应用到土石坝填料碾压质量控制中,对比常规干密度试验的分析数据,得到了连续压实值与干密度的相关系数并建立相关模型(方程)。结果表明,根据振动碾压过程中连续检测取得的压实质量信息,可以对土石坝填料压实程度、压实均匀性和压实稳定性开展实时有效的质量监控,对土石坝填料的快速连续压实检测具有较大的借鉴意义。
Continuous compaction control technology is one of the advanced technologies in subgrade filling quality test of railway industry,however it is still not applied in hydropower engineering. With continuous compaction control technology,the continuous detection and quality control could be realized in filling compaction construction,and the soil compaction degree could be obtained. Aiming at the Jinping Hydropower Station in Sichuan,the technology was adopted to the rolling quality control. Compared with the dry density test in traditional test,the correlation equation between the continuous compaction value and the dry density was obtained. The results show that through the continuous compaction data,the uniformity and stability of compaction could be monitored,so it is of great importance for rapid detection in earth- rock fill dam construction.
