摘要
铝合金内筒从钻台上的垂直方位吊运到地面的水平方位,且保证其不产生弯曲变形,是中长筒保形取心技术的一大难题。本文通过对铝合金内筒在吊运作业中产生弯曲变形的研究,分析了引起铝合金内筒产生弯曲变形的主要因素,提出防止铝合金内筒弯曲变形的有效方法,并推导出两起吊点之间距离的计算公式。巧妙地应用滑轮的基本原理,研究出铝合金内筒吊运装置,并在钻井取心现场两年的使用过程中,获得了很好的效果。实践证明该项研究成果,是防止铝合金内筒在吊运作业过程中产生弯曲变形的有效措施。
The handling of aluminum alloy tube without bending and deformation form the vertical direction on the drill floor to the level direction on the ground is a key problem in the anti-bending coring for middle-long barrel. Through research on aluminum alloy tube's bending deformation in handling, main factors of bending deformation were analyzed, the effective method of anti-bending handling was presented, and the calculation formula of the distance between two hanging points was put forward. Based on the basic principle of the pulley, the anti-bending handling device was developed, and good application results have been obtained. The practice proved that the research findings can effectively prevent the bending and deformation of aluminum alloy tube during handling.
