摘要
陈少春认为子宫腺肌症的中医病因病机为瘀热痰互结及机体功能失衡,而女性独特的生理环境是其周期性发作的内在原因。治疗用药以补肾化瘀为纲,选用少腹逐瘀汤加减,根据经前期、经期、经后期阴阳气血不同加减用药,取得良好的效果。
CHEN Shaochun believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of adenomyosis were mutual combination of blood stasis,heat and phlegm and functional imbalance of human body. Woman physiological environment was the intrinsic reason for the periodic attacks which could be treated with good effects by adding or subtracting Shaofu Zhuyu decoction with the effect of replenishing kidney and removing blood stasis according to the different levels of Qi and blood in the premenstrual phase,menstrual phase,postmenstrual phase.
