Comparison of Two Different Fixation Methods in the Treatment of Tibial Pilon Fracture

摘要 目的探究微创经皮钢板内固定术和切开复位钢板内固定术对胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效。方法选取60例胫骨Pilon骨折患者,将其分为2组,C组采用微创经皮钢板内固定术治疗,D组采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗。结果 C组患者的术中出血量、术后引流量术后发热时间以及骨折愈合时间,优于D组(P<0.05)。结论与切开复位钢板内固定术相比,微创经皮钢板内固定术对胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗效果良好。 Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation and open reduction and internal fixation on tibial Pilon fractures. Methods 60 cases of tibial pilon fractures were divided into 2 groups. C group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation,D group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with plate fixation. Results The amount of bleeding,postoperative bleeding time and fracture healing time in group C were significantly better than that of group D(P 0.05). Conclusion Comparison of open reduction and internal fixation with plate fixation,minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation is more significant in the treatment of tibial pilon fractures.
