摘要
为了分析和保证半刚性自回弹天线在空间热交变环境下的型面精度,文章采用有限元分析的方法对自回弹天线在轨热变形情况进行了仿真与优化。充分利用了反射面构型的圆对称性特点,提出了一种对反射面筋条采用各向同性铺层、反射面根部边界采用圆对称约束的优化设计方案,确保了反射面结构的在轨热变形在0.4毫米以内。
In this paper,the thermal distortion of the spring-back antenna reflector on satellite in extreme out-space temperature environment is simulated using a finite element model,and an optimized reflector design is proposed to reduce the thermal distortion. This optimized design,taking full advantage of the circularly symmetric characteristics of the reflector,using a circular symmetry constraint on the root of the reflector and a quasi-isotropic laminated material for the back shelves of the reflector,ensures the thermal distortion of the reflector less than 0. 4 mm( RMS).
