摘要
目的：观察肩周炎方对中老年原发性肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：65例中老年原发性肩关节周围炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，所有患者采用推拿手法，对照组口服双氟酚酸钠缓释胶囊（英太青），观察组口服肩周炎方，比较两组患者治疗前后及随访期间SF-MPQ、Melle及ADL评分，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗后两组患者SF-MPQ评分、Melle评分、ADL评分均优于治疗前，且1疗程及随访3月观察组优于对照组（P〈0．05）：2个疗程后观察组总有效率为93．33％，显著高于对照组的87．50％（P=0．025〈0．05）：观察组复发率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：肩周炎方治疗中老年原发性肩关节周围炎疗效显著，可降低近期复发率，恢复患者功能。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianzhouyan prescription treating elderly patients with primary periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： 65 cases of senile primary periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into control group and observation group, all treated with massage, control group with oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules （Ying Taiqing）, while observation group treated with Jianzhouyan pre- scription, SF-MPQ, Melle and ADL scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, clinical efficacy was observed. Re- sults： SF-MPQ, Melle and ADL scores of two groups after treatment were all better than those before treatment, and observation group of a course and follow-up of 3 months better than control group （P〈0.05）; after 2 courses the total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than that of control group by 87.50% （P=0.025〈0.05）; the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jianzhouyan prescription treating elderly primary periarthritis of shoulder is significantly effective, which can reduce the recent recurrence rate and restore function of patients＇.
