摘要
旧水泥混凝土道路破碎稳固之后,在加铺沥青罩面之前先加铺半刚性基层(如水泥稳定类),既能够充分利用原有的混凝土路面,还能有效提升旧混凝土道路的运营性能及延长服务年限。本文首先分析了先破碎稳固再加铺的必要性,归纳了破碎施工工艺的流程。然后学习并研究了旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺层的结构型式,优化了破碎稳固后旧水泥混凝土面板与沥青罩面层之间水泥稳定层的结构模型,并通过计算罩面层层底的竖直方向位移量、弯拉应力及面层的剪应力分析了水泥稳定层对沥青混凝土罩面层的影响。
After the cement concrete pavement is crushed firmly, before applying asphalt overlay, a semi-rigid base (such as cement stabilization) should be added first. In this way, the old concrete pavement can be fully used, the operating performance of the concrete pavement can be improved and its service life can be extended. This paper first analyzes the necessity of crushing and stabilizing before overlaying, summarizes the crushing process, and then studies the structure type of overlaying on the old cement concrete pavement, optimizes the structural model of the cement stabilized layer between the old cement concrete pavement and the asphalt cover, and analyzes the influence of cement stabilized layer on the asphalt cover by calculating the vertical displacement of the bottom of the cover, bending tensile stress and the surface shear stress.
