摘要
压紧装置的横梁是大型变压器绕线机中的重要部件,为了使压紧装置横梁在满足强度及刚度的条件下结构更为合理,建立了它的有限元模型并利用ANSYS Workbench对其进行静力学分析,分析结果表明其强度和刚度均有较大的裕量。基于分析结果以"减少材料浪费,提高产品性能"为优化目标对横梁模型进行结构优化设计。优化结果显示:在保证满足设计要求的前提下,对横梁型钢、加强筋及局部进行优化,改进后横梁质量减轻28.9%,且应力分布更为均匀,此研究方法为绕线机压紧装置横梁的设计及优化提供了依据,具有实用价值。
The beam of the pressing device is an important part of a large-sized power transformer winding machine. In order to make the beam of the pressing device more reasonable in the condition of having enough strength and rigidity, its finite element model is established and ANSYS Workbench is utilized to make static analysis. The Analytical results show that its strength and stiffness have a larger margin. Based on the analysis results, the structural optimization of the beam model is optimized by "reducing material waste and improving product performance". Under the premise of meeting the design requirements, the structural steel, stiffener bar and local structure of the beam are optimized. The optimization results indicate that, the weight of the beam is reduced by 28.9% and the strain is more uniform. This research method can provide a basis for the design and optimization of the beam of the winding machine. It has practical value.
