摘要
安全工器具作为保证变电操作安全性的必备工器具,在变电运维专业中得到广泛的应用,验电笔、绝缘杆、绝缘手套等绝缘工器具的存放需要合格的温湿度条件,但在实际工作中安全工器具在转移过程中的携带和操作过程中的暂时存放存在不满足存放环境、无固定存放位置造成受污、破损等问题,且目前使用的安全工器具柜均存在体积大、移动困难、难以车载运输的弊端,结合现场实际需要,研制一种新型变电安全工器具箱,该工器具箱满足常用变电安全工器具的转移和存放要求,实现车载运输和单人灵活转移、停放。
As the necessary instrument to ensure the safety of power transformation operation, the safety tools and instruments box has been widely used in power transformation operation maintenance. The store of insulated tools and instruments such as test pen, insulating bar, insulating gloves need qualified temperature and humidity conditions. But in the practical work, the temporary storage of safety tools and instruments in the transfer, carrying and operation process does not meet the requirements of storage environment, the problems of pollution and broken are caused by the unfixed storage location. And the safety tools and instruments box used at present has the disadvantages of large volume, move diffeulties and the vehicle-mounted transportation diffculties. Combined with the actual needs, a new type of safety tools and instruments box of power transformation is developed, this instruments box meets the transfer and storage requirements of the common safety tools and instruments of power transformation and realizes the vehicle transportation and single flexible transfer and parking.
