摘要
本文运用DEA方法对我国种业上市公司经营绩效进行了实证分析,以考察在种业快速整合发展时期作为种业发展领头羊的种业上市公司的经营发展状况。通过分析结果显示,种业上市公司经营绩效整体上较为有效,技术效率和规模效率差别不大,反映出种业市场不断成熟,种业整合成效显著。但是,大多数公司处于规模无效状态,存在着盲目整合,资源利用不合理的现实问题。
This paper goes to a case study for the operating performance of Seed Industry Listed Company using DEA method, in order to examine the operation of the companies, which as the leader of the seed industry, during the rapid development of the seed industry consolidation. By analyzing the results showing that the companies＇ operating performance is more effective on the overall, technical efficiency and scale efficiency is not very different, where reflecting the market becomes mature, seed industry consolidation achieved remarkable results. However, the most companies are in an invalid scale, existing the real problem of blind integration and unreasonable of resources.
