产气荚膜梭菌外毒素基因与相关疫苗的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 产气荚膜梭菌也称魏氏梭菌,是引起气性坏疽、肠毒血症、出血性肠炎等反刍动物疾病的主要病原。该菌能够分泌α、β、ε、ι、γ、η、θ、κ、λ、μ、ν等多种外毒素,其中a、β、ε、ι毒素是主要的致病因子。产气荚膜梭菌引起的疾病通常发病急、死亡快,因此,疫苗免疫是预防该病的主要方法。近年来,随着对a、β、ε等毒素功能研究的深入,研究毒素相关的基因工程亚单位疫苗成为研究热点,并且有望弥补传统类毒素疫苗的安全性不高、稳定性差等缺点。文章从产气荚膜梭菌的病原学特点、主要外毒素的致病机制以及毒素相关疫苗的研究进展进行综述,以期为产气荚膜梭菌的综合防控和基因工程亚单位疫苗与核酸疫苗的研发提供一定的参考。 Clostridium perfringens is also called clostridium westergren,which mainly cause diseases in ruminants,such as gas gangrene,intestines toxemia,hemorrhagic enteritis of cattle and sheep.The bacteria are divided into five subtypes including A,B,C,D,E subtype,which can secrete more than 10 kinds of exotoxin,such as α,β,ε,ι,γ,η,θ,κ,λ,μ,ν and so on.In these toxins,α,β,εandιplay a key pathogenic role.In the current situation,the disease are prevented mainly by the monovalent vaccine,combined vaccine and multivalent inactivated vaccine.However,the genetic engineering subunit vaccine and nucleic acid vaccine has wide development prospects.In order to provide some reference for the comprehensive prevention and deep research of Clostridium perfringens,the etiology characteristics of Clostridium perfringens,pathogenic mechanism of exotoxin and the research progress in related vaccine were reviewed,and the genetic engineering subunit vaccine and nucleic acid vaccine development prospects were also discussed in this paper.
