摘要
慢性肝病存在多种神经系统并发症,最常见的是肝性脑病,还包括获得性肝脑变性（acquired hepatocerebral degeneration,AHCD）和肝性脊髓病。在肝硬化患者中AHCD的患病率在1%左右。
