关于本科学历小学音乐教师培养的思考——基于专业名称、培养目标、培养规格的维度 被引量:1

摘要 专业名称、培养目标和培养规格是高校进行专业建设、人才培养的前提和依据。由于目前我国本科学历小学音乐教师的培养正处于尝试和探索阶段,出现了各院校设置的专业名称不一,培养目标、培养规格差异较大等现象。对国内3所具有代表性院校培养方案中的专业名称、培养目标、培养规格进行比较分析,有利于找出问题存在的根源,制定合理的改善策略。 The professional name,training goal and training standard are the premise and foundation of specialty construction and talent training in Universities. Because the current education of primary school music teachers in our country is in the stage of trial and exploration,there are different professional name of different institutions,training objectives,training specifications and other phenomena. A comparative analysis of the professional names,training objectives and specifications of three representative colleges and universities in China,that is conducive to find out the root causes of problems,and make reasonable improvement strategies.
