摘要
复刚度是衡量汽车悬置性能的重要指标。已有文献往往只考虑橡胶悬置主方向的复刚度,此次试验将对3个方向参数分别进行测试,为后期振动分析提供更全面的科学依据。为了克服单个试件在试验中存在附加弯扭力和试验夹具振动变形的问题,提出了一种并联式复刚度测试方法。同时还运用一种基于功率谱函数的复刚度后处理方法,通过Matlab软件编程获得不同频率下不同幅值的复刚度值,使得试验精度和可行性大大提高。
Complex stiffness is an important measurement of car mount performance. The existing literature only considered the main direction complex stiffness of rubber mount. This test will be performed in three direction parameters to proceed. This could provide a more comprehensive scientific basis for the post-vibration analysis. In order to overcome the existence problem of single test piece torsion and bending deformation in the test fixture, this paper proposed a parallel complex stiffness test method. Meanwhile, an approach of complex stiffness post processing based on the power spectral function was used to obtain the complex stiffness values of different amplitudes at different frequencies by Matlab software programming. This could improve the test accuracy and feasibilit.
