磁悬浮直线进给单元系统开关功率放大器的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对于磁悬浮直线进给单元系统而言,功率放大器可以说是其很重要的构成部分,它的性能将会给系统造成很大的影响。首先介绍了磁悬浮开关功率放大器的基本参数,然后对磁悬浮开关功率放大器的主电路拓扑结构进行了分类和分析。为验证三电平开关功放相对于两电平开关功放的优点,进行了两电平开关功放和三电平开关功放电流纹波的仿真研究以及三电平开关功放的实验研究。结果表明三电平功放相对于两电平功放可以很好的降低电流纹波,从而减少了电流纹波带来的不利影响,提高了磁悬浮直线进给单元系统的性能。最后简单的对磁悬浮直线进给单元系统的开关功放进行了总结。 Power amplifier is an important element in magnetic suspension linear feed unit system,whose performance has a great effect on the system. First of all,the essential parameters of the switching power amplifier about the magnetic suspension linear feed unit system are introduced. Then,the main circuit topology of the switching power amplifier is classified and analyzed. To prove the advantage of the three-level switching power amplifier compared with the two-level switching power amplifier,the simulation study of the ripple current about the two-level switching power amplifier and three-level switching power amplifier are conducted,at the same time,the experimental study about the three-level switching power amplifier is also carried on. The results shows that the three-level switching power amplifier compared with the two-level switching power amplifier can reduce the ripple current significantly,so the negative effect of the ripple current can be decreased,and the performance of the magnetic suspension linear feed unit system is improved. Finally,the switching power amplifier of the magnetic suspension linear feed unit system is briefly summarized.
