摘要 针对核心机驱动风扇级气动设计问题,采用定常数值模拟方法,对某核心机驱动风扇级进行建模,分别采用直叶片静子和弯曲叶片静子在级环境中进行三维仿真,对比分析了单外涵模式和双外涵模式下分别采用直叶片静子和弯曲叶片静子的气动参数和流场,并揭示了不同模式下静子的气动参数特点,结果表明,正弯曲叶片适用于核心机驱动风扇级,其能够改变静子载荷的径向分布,削弱根部的气流分离,减少了气动损失,提高了效率,且对两种工作模式均有效;单外涵模式静子宜采用偏负攻角设计。 It presents the steady numerical studies on the aerodynamic design of core driven fan stage. Straight vane stator and bowed vane stator were simulated and analyzed at single bypass mode and double bypass mode. The stator aerodynamic parameters and flow characteristics of different mode were also analyzed. The results show that,the core driven fan stage had a better performance with positive bowed stator; the bowed vane can change the radial load of the stator and eliminate the flow separation at the stator root to the both mode,so it reduced the aerodynamic losses and increases the efficiency; stator should be designed at negative attack angle at single bypass mode.
