摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶燃烧法制备了Gd_2(MoO_4)_3∶Sm^(3+),Tb^(3+)荧光粉,采用XRD、SEM和荧光光谱仪对样品的晶体结构、形貌及发光性能进行分析。结果表明:合成了正交晶系β′-Gd_2(MoO_4)_3,平均粒径为1μm左右。在254nm紫外光激发下,随着Sm^(3+)和Tb^(3+)掺杂浓度的变化,荧光粉颜色实现了红色→黄色→绿色的颜色可调,同时可观察到Tb^(3+)到Sm^(3+)的有效能量传递和Tb^(3+)的浓度淬灭现象。
Sm^(3+),Tb^(3+)doped Gd2(MoO43phosphors were prepared by sol-gel combustion method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and fluorescence spectrum were used to characterize the structure and luminescent properties of samples.XRD and SEM results showed that the samples belonged to orthorhombic phaseβ′-Gd2(MoO4)3,the particle size was about 1μm.Fluorescence spectrum result showed that under exctitation at 254 nm,the luminescence color of Gd2(MoO4)3∶Sm^(3+),Tb^(3+)phosphors can be tuned from red,yellow to green by adjusting the doping concentrations of Sm^(3+)and Tb^(3+).At the same time,a very efficient energy transfer from Tb^(3+)to Sm^(3+)and the concentration quenching of Tb^(3+)can be observed.
