摘要
聚氨酯类密封胶在汽车领域广泛应用,具有优异的力学性能、耐化学腐蚀性、耐热性和耐低温性,但其与玻璃的粘合性不好,需要用玻璃底涂剂连接。用溶液聚合合成了—NCO和—Si(OCH_3)_3为端基的硅烷改性的聚氨酯树脂,并研究了该树脂中所用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)的配合比对表干时间、施工时间、涂膜的硬度、附着力和粘结强度性能的影响。
Polyurethane sealant is widely used in the field of automobile,it has many excellent properties,including mechanical properties,chemical corrosion resistance,heat resistance and low temperature resistance.But its adhesive properties with glass are not good and need to paint the primer to enhance the adhesion.Silane modified polyurethane with terminated groups of—NCO and—Si(OCH_3)_3 was synthesized by solution polymerization.The influence of the ratio of 1,6-hexamethylenediisocyanate(HDI)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)on the properties of surface drying time,open time,pencil hardness,adhesion and adhesive strength was investigated.
