摘要 分拣是定制板式衣柜企业一道重要的工序,本文从常见的分拣方式入手,分析了不同分拣方式的特点和适用范畴,结合定制衣柜企业生产特点提出:①应结合定制衣柜企业小批量多品种的柔性生产方式,借鉴图书和物流中心分拣模式的优点,来构建切实可行的分拣模式;②在制定分拣模式时,不仅要关注分拣工序的效率,更要将分拣同其它工序一同系统地考虑,制定分拣系统对分拣作业有着重要的意义。 Order picking has become one of the important processes of the customized wardrobe enterprise.The application scope and characteristics of different ways of order picking were analyzed.Combined with the production features of customized wardrobe enterprise,the following recommendations were put forward by the authors:① considering the characteristic of the flexible production methods as multi-varieties and small-batch in customized wardrobe enterprise,a feasible order picking mode could be set up by drawing lessons from the order picking mode of books and logistics centers;② The development of order picking mode could be decided not just on the efficiency of order picking operations,but also the systematic investigation of other processes together with the order picking.The formulation of the order picking system is of great significance to the order picking operation of the customized wardrobe.
