摘要
氨基酸营养是猪营养研究的热点之一,近年来在猪氨基酸需要量和低蛋白平衡氨基酸日粮等领域涌现出大量研究成果,研究不断深入。文章就近几年猪肠道氨基酸的感应与转运、蛋白质合成与降解以及功能性氨基酸等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述,以期为氨基酸的合理利用提供理论依据。
Amino acids are one of the research hotspots in pig nutrition. In recent years, studies onamino acids nutrition emerged in large numbers with the focus on amino acid requirements and lowprotein diets with balanced amino acids in pigs. This paper reviewed the recent development on aminoacids induction and transportation, protein synthesis and degradation, and functional amino acids inpigs,which would provide theoretical basis for scientific utilization of amino acid in animal production.
