摘要
细胞色素b6f复合体(Cytochrome b6f,Cyt b6f)是光合电子传递链的四大复合体之一,介导电子从光合系统II(PSII)传向光合系统I(PSI),是类囊体膜两侧质子梯度形成的主要部位。一直以来,人们对Cyt b6f的关注远少于PSII和PSI,研究表明:Cyt b6f在调节电子传递链的电子流向、PSII与PSI之间的状态转移等重要过程中有关键的调节作用,是光合磷酸化的调控中心。本文介绍了Cyt b6f的蛋白组成、组装过程、复合体内部电子传递过程及其在光合电子传递过程的中心调节功能,对目前Cyt b6f复合体的最近研究进展做了一个总结。
Cytochrome b6 f complex( Cyt b6f) is one of the four photosynthetic supercomplexes residing on the thylakoid electron transfer chain. It functions in connecting photosystem II and photosystem I,and generating the proton gradient across the thylakoid membrane. In recent years,the studies have shown that Cyt b6 f plays essential roles in regulating the alternative electronic flows of transport chains,and governing the state transitions under different stress conditions. This paper mainly introduced the protein composition of Cyt b6 f,the process of its assembly,the internal electron transport mechanism,and its function in regulating photosynthetic electron transport process.
