摘要
一般情况下，海工平台均配备直升机降落设施通过运输直升机来输送换班船员，其运营成本很高，还具有一定的风险，而且额定载客和载重均不能超载。如果近海海工平台配备一套海上输送船员系统，必将大大降低成本和风险，提高输送效率。
In general, all of the offshore platforms are equipped with helideck facility for transportation crew out or in, but the cost for helicopter is very high. There are certain risks, and the capacity of passengers and personal luggage are both limited. A sea transportation system can reduce evidently the cost and risk of crew transportation for the offshore platform, and increase the transportation efficiency.
