摘要
针对某天然气处理终端蒸汽系统在投产初期及正常生产时运行不稳定现象,通过分析蒸汽系统设备运行原理并跟踪运行数据,找出蒸汽系统运行的故障原因,针对不同的原因提出对应的解决方案。通过在两列除氧器之间增加气相平衡管,将除氧器补水控制方式由间歇式补水改为连续式补水,蒸汽供热系统运行问题得到有效改善,保证了蒸汽系统安全稳定运行。
During the pilot running and the error-free running period of the steam system in a gas terminal,there are something instable to use the boiler system safely,by analyzing the working principle of steam equipments and keeping track of the operating data, identify the causes of the troubles to run the steam system, put forward the corresponding methods for different reasons.By adding a vapor phase balance pipe between two deaerators and adjusting the demineralized water supply mode from batch to continuous replenishment,the operational problems have been effectively settled,it is safe and stable to running the steam system.
