摘要
目的探讨全面护理在行膀胱黏膜尿道重建术女性尿道癌患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院收治的68例女性尿道癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施全面护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行膀胱黏膜尿道重建术的女性尿道癌患者实施全面护理,有助于提高患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in the patients with female urethral carcinoma after bladder mucosa urethral reconstruction.Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,68 cases of female urethral cancer patients treated in the Fifth People＇s Hospital of Longgang District of Shenzhen city were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the implementation of the comprehensive nursing care of female patients with urethral carcinoma,which can improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
