摘要
目的探讨活跃期产妇手指扩张宫颈加速产程进展的临床应用及效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年10月广东省始兴县人民医院产科收治的活跃期产妇1200例为研究对象,按不同护理措施分为对照组和观察组,对照组600例采用常规护理,观察组600例采用手指扩张宫颈。比较两组产妇正常分娩率、活跃期时间、胎头下降速度、宫颈扩张速度、剖宫产率情况。结果观察组活跃期产妇正常分娩率高于对照组,活跃期时间较对照组短,胎头下降速度及宫颈扩张速度较对照组快,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论活跃期手指扩张宫颈可以降低剖宫产率,缩短活跃期时间。
Objective To approach clinical application and result detection of speed labor by finger expansion cervix uteri in active phase puerpera.Methods The 1200 cases clinical data of active phase puerpera in the people hospital of Shixing town of Guangdong province from 2013.1 to 2014.10 were selected as TOPIC,which was to be divided into two groups by different nursing methods, control group（routine nursing）600 cases and detection group（finger expansion cervical）600 cases. The normal births、active period time、fetal head drop speed、cervical dilation speed、cesarean section rate of two groups puerpera were compared.Results The normal births of detection group active phase puerpera was higher than control grouo,the active period of time was lower than control group,fetal head drop speed、cervical dilation speed were quicker than control group,cesarean section rate was lower than control group,the difference were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The cesarean section rate by finger expansion cervix uteri in active phase is decreased, active period of time is decreased.
