摘要
该文应用PROII软件对甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)生产过程中的催化精馏塔进行了模拟研究。首先对年产15万吨MTBE生产过程催化精馏塔中的参数进行分析并确定影响因素。其次通过改变参数后比较模拟结果对塔内催化剂用量、催化剂分布和装填位置进行分析,得到相应的合理值。
In the study,PROII software was used for the simulation of the catalytic distillation colunm to a MTBE plant.Firstly, the process parameters of the catalytic distillation column were analyzed to determine the influence factors.After that,the process parameters were analyzed by comparing the simulation results of different conditions,such as the catalytic amount, catalyst distribution and position.The reasonable values were obtained.
