摘要
成本低、效益高是公共卫生服务的显著特征。随着社会不断进步,经济飞速发展,优先发展公共卫生事业已成为我国卫生事业不断发展的必经之路。公共卫生服务是我国卫生事业发展的首要前提,也是政府公共服务的关键所在。同时,乡镇卫生院是我国公共卫生体系的核心组成元素,但其公共卫生服务绩效现状并不乐观,还需要进一步优化完善。以此,更好地展现乡镇区域公共卫生服务职能,不断促进我国公共卫生事业向前发展。
Low cost and high efficiency are the significant characteristics of public health services. With the continuous progress of the society, the rapid development of economy, the priority of public health has become the only way for the development of China＇s health industry. Public health service is the primary premise for the development of China＇s health industry, and the key to the government＇s public service. At the same time, the township health center is the core component of the public health system, but its public health service performance status is not optimistic, but also need to further optimize and improve. In order to better show the function of public health service in township area, and promote the development of public health in China.
