掺锂渣钢筋混凝土梁的受弯性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究掺锂渣钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯机理和受弯性能,对6根试验梁进行两点集中对称加载试验。试验结果表明:在相同配筋情况下,锂渣取代率对梁极限承载力无显著影响;当锂渣取代率为10%-15%时,相比普通混凝土梁,掺锂渣混凝土梁的开裂荷载有一定提高,表现出较好的抗裂性;在适筋范围内提高受拉钢筋的配筋率可提高掺锂渣混凝土梁的开裂荷载;掺锂渣混凝土梁的正截面应变服从平截面假定,采用现行混凝土结构设计规范中的计算公式对试件的承载力进行计算是可行的,计算结果偏于安全。 In order to study flexural performance and mechanismof reinforced concrete girders mixed with lithiumslag,6 girders were tested with two concentrated loads symmetrically. The results showthat the substitution rate oflithiumslag has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity when the reinforcement ratio was the same for girders.When the rate was 10% through 15%,compared with the ordinary concrete girders,the cracking load of girders mixed with lithiumslag had slightly improved with better crack resistance. The cracking load of girders mixed with lithiumslag could be improved by increasing the reinforcement ratio in the range of suitable reinforcement. The average strain measured on cross-section meets the plane section assumption,and it is feasible and conservative to calculate the bearing capacity of the girders mixed with lithiumslag by using the formula in the current code for design of concrete structures.
