摘要
以高校准管制员和复训管制员所做雷达模拟机练习为研究对象,通过对练习过程中所发管制指令分类、频次和平均时间的分析,提出了基于雷达服务类型的管制员工作负荷评估模型和权值计算方法,通过定义工作负荷灵敏度分析了工作负荷的增长与飞行流量之间的关系,得出了随飞行流量的增长雷达引导负荷将成为管制员工作负荷的主要部分,且工作负荷灵敏度的变化与管制员的管制技能和经验直接相关。最后,构建了基于工作负荷的管制员管制能力评价标准,并给出了不同管制工作负荷水平下的管制建议。
This paper takes the radar simulator practice of both the student controllers and mature controllers as the research object.By analyzing the control instruction classification,the frequency of issuing instructions and the average time used to issue an instruction,the workload evaluation model and weight calculation method are proposed.The concept of workload sensitivity is defined,through which the relationship between the growth of workload and traffic flow is obtained.It comes to the conclusion that radar vectoring workload will be the main part of the total workload with the increasing of traffic flow and the workload sensitivity varies with controller's skills and experiences.Finally,the capability assessment criteria for controller is built based on the workload sensitivity and the control advice is given under different workload level.
