土香薷总黄酮的含量测定及体外抗氧化作用研究

摘要 采用铝盐比色法,对土香薷药材的总黄酮含量进行了研究;以VC为阳性对照,采用DPPH法、Fent on法和FRAP法,对土香薷总黄酮对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基的清除能力和对Fe2+离子的还原能力进行了研究。结果表明:土香薷总黄酮含量为52.2 mg/g。土香薷总黄酮对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基具有较好的清除能力,其清除率的IC50分别为102.14μg/m L和26.33μg/m L;对Fe2+离子具有较强的还原能力。土香薷总黄酮含量较高,且具有较好的抗氧化活性。 Using Na NO_2-Al(NO_3)_3colorimetric method, to establish a method for determination of total flavonoid content in Origanum vulgare L.in herbs. Using ethanol extraction method to extract total flavonoids from Origanum vulgare L., to prepare dry extract total flavonoids, and to study on the activity of total flavonoids from Origanum vulgare L. to eliminate hydroxyl free radical(OH) and the reducing power, with Vc as positive control. The experiment result shows the total flavonoids from Origanum vulgare L was 52.2mg/g.The content of total flavonoids from Origanum vulgare L.exhibited good DPPH radical and good Fe^(2+)reducing power. The median inhibitory concentration(IC50) of scavenging hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical were 102.14 μg/m L and26.33 μg/m L,respectively. The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Origanum vulgare L. in vitro is strong.
