摘要 There is a common sense that heavy-duty CNC machine strongly depends on its foundation and can be easily affected by many factors.Hydraulic system,the most important part in CNC machine,is a complex and multi-loop system.In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional fault tree analysis method and traditional GO method,the most effective method named fuzzy GO method is proposed to analyze the reliability of hydraulic system.And then some ideas are provided for system reliability assessment,fault diagnosis and maintenance by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
